Placed order online for goods totalling over £1100. Received an email to say none of my items were in stock and no idea when they would be. Was told a full refund would be issued 3-4 days. 5 days later I called to chase and was told to wait a couple more days. 2 days pass and still told I SHOULD get it in next 1-2 days. Still no refund and not confident I will get it soon. They take your money for what may be in stock and is not. You then have to fight for a refund of your money that they have not supplied a single thing for. I would be careful people or ring and check stock before you hand over your hard earned money.
