BRT Doorway Diggers in Llanelli

Brett was supposed to lay tarmac for us but he did a terrible job. Old tarmac wasn't dug out properly with very limited sub-base. In some places he just used sand in fact! Then he laid cold tarmac in large areas which wasn't compacted properly and joints were not sealed. Within months it started crumbling and while he came back twice and put a bit more tarmac on top of the old, it obviously crumbled again as it wasn't prepped properly. On then second time, the started digging out the tarmac but didn't do all that was damaged as it was just too big an area for him to fix. He never came back and made excuses that wet weather lifts tarmac and living in wales, he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't crumble. So we were left with partially dug out and crumbled tarmac.

Excellent service. He thought of ideas for design and finishing touches to our patio, that we hadn't thought of. Excellent workmanship. Men very conscientious. Helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
