Kaye's Curtain and Blind Warehouse in London

What seemed like a nice shop and customer service turned out to be the biggest nightmare of our renovation project. Donald & Alan were both pretty much liars, fitted track was installed by a 3rd party who didnt complete the job as he didnt have enough parts on him, supposed to be returning with parts and after various phone calls & lies upon lies, they didnt fix the curtains. Then they sent another cowboy to repair the "new track" they had installed. This guy turned up with his 3 year old child to fix our track and did not have tools to finish the job. He left. After 3 months of nagging, and fitting dates that never materialised, i had to personally go to the shop and i made a point in front of other customers in the shop, at which point i was offered a refund for my track. I would never recommend these cowboys to anyone. They are very sweet talkers and conmen. Please avoid these people.
