Lousy customer service. Had a genuine complaint which was dealt with very badly (a replacement item that was far worse than the original).

On having the audacity to complain about the replacement as well, I was asked "Well what do you want me to do about it?".

Not an ounce of apology, just challenging my complaint. After four years loyal custom and recommendations to friends, I will be doing the opposite.

Perhaps there's been a change of ownership or management? The current manager does not know how to keep a customer.
