Butchers not groomers

Took my 11 year old rough coat jack Russel terrier cross in for a trim and tidy up yesterday and he came out completely unrecognisable his coats rough and uneven and they shaved of his moustache thst I'm not very impressed about.

They also originally quoted 28 pounds for the grooming only to ask for 32.50 upon completion.

It Is unlikely my dogs top layer of fur will grow back I've since been informed...the groomers should of specified how short they intended in shaving my dog.

Edit Number 2. Getting your husband to argue with my vulnerable disabled mother on your behalf over the phone is not how you handle criticism its actually a potential breach of data protection law.
