Kwik-Fit in Dundee

I recently used Kwik-Fit for a service. The manager is a snivelling, evil-minded liar. He assumed that because I am a woman, I must be an idiot so proceeded to try to bully me into almost a €1000 of work. I have never been subjected to such blatant lying, manipulation, wheeling and cajoling - just so he could earn his commission. He started by telling me I need new brake pads and discs on all wheels. I asked if just the pads could be done as I couldn't afford.it. He said no you can't. So I said I couldn't get the work done. He then backtracked completely and said I could just get the pads done. He pressured and pressured and I had to tell him a further six times that I did not want the work to be done. I do not recommend Kwik-Fit.
