Kwik-Fit in Cam, Dursley

While driving in Dursley, Glos. I unknowingly ran over a small piece of timber with several nails embedded. I heard clicking coming from the nearside wheel and after inspection I discovered two punctures in my nearside tyre. Although the tyre did not deflate completely at this point I knew instantly a new tyre was needed. At 4.30 pm I drove to Kwickfit at Cam, Dursley, Glos. To get a replacement front tyre. Unfortunately they did not have tyres that matched my size in stock. However, a member of staff made a phone call and I was told the tyre I needed would be delivered the next day. The following morning I received a phone call to confirm the tyre had arrived and would be fitted as soon as I arrived at Kwickfit. The tracking of the wheels was also checked. I was treated with great courtesy by all the staff at Kwickfit and left a very happy customer.
