I booked a CCTV course with them two weeks ago!
Less then 24hours before the course in they changed the venue to their London address! Which I feel is unacceptable.
I then contacted them and was dealt with very rudely!
To the extent I was refused a refund because I said the c/s rep was a liar! Which I feel I had every right to make this statement as what he said didn't add up!
I contacted SIA, Pearsons and Edexcel who said they do not know who this company is and I was advised to contact action fraud.
In my opinion I would not waste my money using this company. If you contact the SIA they will give you a list of companies who are endorced by them! Be safe
