RGC Garden Services in Hoddesdon

Ryan and Joe did some work in my garden back in February 2022. They cleared away old decking and built a new patio. They completed the job almost within budget and time specified. When four months later one of the new slabs fell off I phoned Ryan who said he would come and sort it out. Now, three and a half months later, he still hasn’t come and hasn’t answered many calls. He answered one of my many text messages saying he was on holiday and would come the following week but he never came. He doesn’t answered my email either. Be aware, after completing the job and getting paid, although the work is supposed to be guaranteed for one year, Ryan does NOT follow the contract and if there’s a problem he ignores you.

After a year and a half of completeing my gardern they still have not provided photos of the stages of compeletion. Also the paving they put down, the grout was so soft it started to erode away. NOT GREAT at all! When trying to get hold of them for over a year and a half they don't return your call.
