AVOID AT ALL COST! Engineer came home and blamed the admin staff that he did not give any information. So took my printer away for repair instead of repairing on site. Promised to return on the same week, but gave me a date after three weeks. They work only 9 till 5. So I had to take time off work to stay at home, but he did not turn up. I had to organise another date to get my printer back next week by taking time off work. Again it was no show. When I called there was not even an apology, just a suggestion "I will have to speak to my engineer again".
