Great cleaner, Kim did beyond and above what I wanted.
However the office did not arrange cover whilst previous cleaner had left.
Since her departure I have had no contact with the office.
They never answer the phone which has meant I have had no one in my house for five weeks. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
I would not recommend!!!
