Not happy with this one. Tried to fit an oven for me but despite me asking will oven fit and being told yes when they tried surprise surprise. Oven would not fit still charged me £140.00 and I was left without an oven. Should have asked for a reduction in bill but was too gutted at the time now, just feel angry that amount is nearly 3 weeks old age pension for me. Please if you get them to do a job for you get it in writing what they are going to do (not what they will try to do) and what you will pay if they cannot do it.
