Cousins Furniture Store in Tyseley, Birmingham

Do not even consider ordering any item from Cousins unless you are buying the item on display. Their goods, in my opinion are misrepresented. What we ordered and what we received are two massively different things. The goods were damaged and yet they claim it is a feature of the leather. The settee was c£5,000 and we paid 4 months ago. Now they have the money they don't care. Do not pay upfront for goods so at least you can refuse delivery. The customer service is non-existent and their MD is not man enough to even have a conversation with my wife when she was forced to turn up in store to confront them due being palmed off on the phone. They then send an 'independent' assessor round which doesn't seem quite right. They are a joke and I am pretty sure they infringe a number of Acts put in force to protect retailers.
