Marob Cleaning Services in St Albans

We tried to help Rob during covid and paid him in advance so he could recuperate from the lock down. For a while it did seem like he was working with no issues but then, after a while, I started noticing that he wouldn't do even the most basic things like washing the floor and moving the sofa to clean under it (even though this was one of the req. Of the job). We also started getting black mold in the toilet and kitchen. I started cleaning after him because I couldn't trust that he did the work he was suppose to do. Lastly, he sent me a message on Mother's day weekend, an hour before he was suppose to come and he said that he has been called from a different job and he can't come. He came one more time after that and then simply stopped showing up or answering his phone and texts. He still owes us 180 pounds which I am assuming we will never recuperate.
