Terrible customer service. Unfinished job.
After paying them almost £10,000 for a block paved driveway, they’ve left without finishing it. It took them a full month longer than they told me it would take, and promised they’d come back to finish it as they were leaving for the day - 3 weeks ago. Since then I’ve had excess sand and materials, pallets, and broken equipment dumped in my gardens after they left. They came to collect this after almost 2 weeks, but only after I told them to. One of them got aggressive when I contacted him to say I wanted the work finishing. After reluctantly agreeing they’d complete the job, they have not been back. Now they’re ignoring my messages. Avoid this business at all costs. Terrible attitude and once they’ve got your money they won’t complete the work.
