Terrible service, we used ovingtons (peter) because he promised to get back our beloved sisters tissue samples. (Won't go into detail). First words from his mouth were "that's not a problem" but when my poor mum went along to enquire about this sometime after the funeral, the woman in the office was offensive and rude. She had my mum in tears! Telling her this was a third party issue and nothing to do with them. Then telling my mum, "you better pay your bill". They don't remember faces and don't seem to have any empathy. This is an honest review and I would hate to see anyone else be upset by these people.
