Contacted this company to order a new dishwasher. Before ordering I asked if it could be delivered the following morning as I was out in the afternoon. I was told that it could be delivered before noon, so I went ahead and made an order. Text arrived later that evening to say delivery between 2.30 pm and 8.30 pm. Needless to say by that time no one answering phones. Rang in the morning very apologetic lady basically saying nothing she could do. She noted my complaint and when I asked if someone would contact me to discuss the complaint I was told no it would be dealt internally. I won't hold my breath.
