Steve's Taxi Service in Dersingham, King's Lynn

If I could give zero stars, I would. Having used this company before, I knew that their time-keeping was not the best, so having ordered my taxi for a specific time a few days in advance, I rang back the night before to stress that I needed the taxi to be on time. When the taxi didn't arrive at my house at the specified time, I rang the company again. The woman on the phone immediately became shrill and defensive; she told me that she couldn't control the traffic on the roads etc and had no idea when the taxi would arrive. She also kept interrupting my questions about where the taxi was with 'excuse me, excuse me' which I found extremely immature. I waited a little longer and eventually had to find alternative transport to the station, as I had to catch a specific train to make my Eurostar connection. When I was almost at the station, I received a text to say that the taxi was at my house! Bottom line: unprofessional and unreliable.
