Terrible service. Never buy and cancel before the items been posted because you dont get the full refund price. Pathetic excuse is he has to reclaim back paypal funds by not fully refunding the buyer he's breaking the law. A buyer is fully entitled to a full refund when the item has not been dispatched from the seller. Avoid at all costs.
