Extreme GB Ltd in Daventry

Shocking state of affairs. There is a company registered but they seem incapable of processing an order. Said my boots were in stock, order placed; nothing. No communication. 0845 number!
After 1week I chased up to find boots were not in stock and they were not in a position to offer them.

I ordered 2 of the same item. Only one was sent but the despatch order state 2 were sent - WRONG!. I have emailed 5 x, initial answer and now my emails are being ignored. 10 days since the first email and no sign of either a subsequent response, a refund or sorry we will send the second item. I've now put it in hands of my credit card company. The trouble is they can choose to say the document states 2 were supplied, implying I am trying to defraud them. For £22.00 I don't think so! Awful company, awful customer service, just keep away.

I purchased some new Salomon boots. Unfortunately I had to return them for a bigger size. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for my exchange to be sent out. No communication from Extreme GB on when I might receive my new boots. They seem happy to take your money but not so keen on suppling goods. I have written to them and advised them that I will be contacting PayPal to investigate, what seems to be, a fraudulent transaction. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You would better going to a reputable company and even having to pay a little more. At least you will get your goods. Horrendous company to deal with.

Poor customer service, poor communication, goods not yet delivered, rediculous excuses for late delivery, dont resopnd to emails complaining about their service. Caveat emptor or just place your order elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
