These people have thousand excuses to break into your apartment while you are at work, to not service your apartment although it's -12 outside and you have neither heating nor hot water...
They told me they had to visit 3 times and get a total of 5 quotes before allowing someone to replace the boiler... in the meanwhile we were freezing and using electric fans and blankets to be able to sleep at night and boiling water in order to clean our hair...
They broke the law in numerous ways and they never allowed us to contact the landlord which I am sure that if she knew she would fire them on the spot and offer us free rent forever in order to not sue them for negligence.
I think they were enjoying torturing us too... Only thinking of them and what we've been through makes me sick. Avoid at all costs.
Avoid this company at all costs!
Everything they do from beginning to end is a project in bending you over a barrel and shafting you! You are not a tenant, you are a mark!
They will draw you in promising one thing, then once you are under their roof, they will milk you dry...they started threatening to evict me after 5 weeks of moving in. My life has been a complete misery under their roof!
And dont think you will have any more joy as a landlord. They don't clean or repair between tenants, but they do keep the deposits and pretend they do.
