Ordered my bed for next day delivery, I was told it was on its way so had 2 men waiting for it to receive and install for me.
When I phoned DX on day of delivery they informed me was originally sent to the wrong address and was no chance of be delivered that day and Durest Beds were told this. They never thought to let me know, and when I've complained, I have only been offered £20 as a compensation, when it cost be £50 to have 2 ppl waiting all day by the phone to then install! Also the so called 'manager' is not customer facing and would not speak to a customer and then they would also only compensate if received positive feedback. My advice is to avoid as customer services is terrible and I have no confidence should i have an issue for the bed to be fixed too.
