Golden Phoenix in Plymouth

Always had a friendly and helpful experiance with the Golden pheonix, my partner is vegan and they always cater for him with no problems at all. Delievery is always prompt and the food is good value for money.

Absolutely appalling service by the adolescent common-girl answering the phone. Unable to review the food as never received our order, despite two visits from delivery drivers. It seems the incorrect order was dispatched at the shop. We remained perfectly amicable until the point of receiving a phone call from Golden Phoenix after sending the wrong order back to be bombarded with a mouthful of cheek from the chav on the phone. Shame on you Golden Phoenix. By hiring cheap labour you have lost a loyal customer!
