RSG Properties in Birkenhead

Stay well clear! My husband and I recently tried to purchase a property from Rsg and had nothing but trouble. The attitude of staff were horrendous, totally rude and misleading with information. We had put an offer in on a house, invested money in searches, surveys etc to later be told by are solicitor that the mortgage offer was being withdrawn as RSG had only had the property 2 months therefore no lender would give us a mortgage... The employee then tried to make out the mortgage broker/ solicitor was incorrect and some mortgage company's would lend... guess what she was wrong!!! She later said she may be able to hold the property in light of the money we had spent until we could get a mortgage (4 months)... We're still waiting for her to ring back with the answer, it's been about a month now, however we knew the answer as about an hour later it was re-listed on Rightmove for some other poor family to be completely let down by this ludicrous unprofessional company.
