We were looking to purchase a new car and after researching online reviews we selected a shortlist of three vehicles. Ford Fiesta, Kia Rio, and a small Hyundai. Having test driven a Kia Rio supplied by Clarks of Kidderminster we chose this model the Rio 2. The whole buying process was very simple and stress free. Within days we took delivery of our first new car in 30 years, and have been delighted with it ever since.
The staff were great, and really listened to our requirements, and we could not be happier with the result. servicing too has been stress free, a simple text or email to set it up and a lift home while our car was in for service, 5 stars for a great local business.
