Tech 'N' Serv in Mortimer, Reading

OK on installation; less good on service. Tech N Serve replaced our old oil boiler with a new Worcester Bosch condensing one. And - so far as I can see - did a good, competent job.

But when, just under 3 years later, the central heating stopped working, things weren't so good. They were initially positive, but later said they couldn't come out to look at it. Nor could they find someone to do the work for them, nor even recommend another plumber.

By the time I'd found anther plumber and gone through all the diagnostics with them, it turned out the boiler needed a new Heat Exchanger. But by then, it was out of warranty. That's a very expensive delay...
