Disgusting, in a word. The flat had been cosmetically cleaned when I moved in but when I moved the bed there was half an inch of dust, socks, pens etc. When I moved out I hired a cleaner who made the place spotless. Andrew Gerard Estates offered me half my deposit because the cleaner did not reach their exacting standards. They were difficult to deal with throughout my tenancy and unpleasant at the end.
