Debbie's Purrfect Paws in Hilperton, Trowbridge

We have a long-haired cat who gets traumatised when she has to be groomed and we contacted this company to ask for their help. We explained our difficulties and were given an appointment at 8 a.m. on Monday and "Debbie" said she would do what she could. We arrived at her studio at 07.55 and it was in darkness. We waited ten minutes and phoned the number on the door. We left a message on the answering service. We waited another five minutes but we had no reply to our message and still no-one turned up. So we left another message to say we had waited fifteen minutes, we had a frantic cat, we were not prepared to wait any longer and we were taking our cat home. We are glad that this company did not even have the opportunity to touch Daisy. We would not recommend, based on our experience.
