They are cutting beds in order to save money but when the chief executive quits of his own free will, continued to pay his six figure salary for months as part of his exit package. They are making staff redundant and those in protected roles are being fired. Rather than pay severance that are paying a fortune on legal bills to intimidate staff in to dropping court action. As s service user I am shocked at the reports in the papers and have also noticed a real drop in service.
My therapist went off sick, no doubt due to stress, I got a phone call saying someone else would see me, I never heard another thing. Totally corrupt organization.
