Open Kitchen 2 in Wath-upon-dearne, Rotherham

I ordered food from this takeaway & found the following things unacceptable!

It was over an hour late. The rice was tasteless & it tasted very much like microwaved rice. The salt and pepper chicken was the driest chicken I have ever had! To the point it hurt my jaw to try & chew. When I called the takeaway the man on the phone was very rude! I asked for a refund he told me they don't do refunds & wouldnt speak to me about the matter. Very rude! Very poor food! Disgusting. I would advise not to use this takeaway!
