Dean, owner of Dat, has maintained my rental property and business for the last 4 years. I have found him to be honest, reliable and professional at all times. My first job for him was a kitchen that had been shoddily put together, inc the vent wiring left hanging in the fan, units not fixed together properly etc., he fixed all these issues to a very well above satisfactory condition, at least I didn't have to start again which would have been very costly.

He refitted my venue out from sorting the floors, to painting, to upholstery changes. Dean has also done any repairs to my house when needed. He has held keys for both places as his integrity and honesty is second to none. I would highly recommend Dat with no hesitation. His prices are very competitive, very honest with his quotes, and work ethic is second to none.

I got a cheap quote from dat building services for a bathroom installation. I went with the quote but I wish I had not. A few months later my taps are leaking, my shower doesnt work, the tiling is falling off and the workmanship in general is shoddy. I now have to get the bathroom redone. My advise would be to spend a little more as you get what you pay for and I have learnt my lesson.

Even my hot tap runs cold and my cold tap hot, the tiles are chipped and the unit he fitted was cracked after fitting, I did not notice this at first as I was so excited that it had been done after saving for so long, also his language was terrible he swore and I had children in the house :/
