Wingfield Mini-Market in Rotherham

Went in this morning to pay my bills and the manager spoke to me in the most disrespectful tone. He said and I quote "you never spend money in my shop only using the services to pay your bills, I cringe when you walk in."

I tried to reason with this ignorant man while keeping my cool and being polite saying back "I do buy items in your shop, I just don't need them today." He got more confrontational and abusive. He said "it takes 3 days for those payments to go through and I never see a penny of it. I'm having the machine out." Referring to the pay point machine.
Is he allowed by law to discriminate like this? Is he paid by pay point to have their machine in his shop?
I've reported him to trading standards.

He said not to use his shop again unless I'm buying something and to pay cash only in the rudest way possible.
I'm a carer for a disabled family member and use the shop to top up on food and pay bills as I don't drive.
Wingfield minimarket is over priced and the manager swears around customers while looking for a fight, this is the reputation he has on the whole estate.
Other people have made complaints about his poor attitude towards others.
