Phoneline in Beeston, Nottingham

I would to thank Charlotte in the great service I had at there Beeston store. I had used them before many years ago, but it changed hands and the service was rubbish last time I called into the store.
I received a text form them 1 month ago saying I was due a upgrade, I was not going to go in to the store but I was passing by and popped in just to look at the handsets.
Charlotte smiled and said hi, after exchanging hello and being asked if she could help me, I told her about my experience last time I had called in, she informed me that the store had been taken over by the previous company. She talked about my needs and we settled on a Samsung S4 in black which I think is great.

I would certainly go back to Phoneline Beeston again, great service and very friendly staff.
