Unreliable, unprofessional! Ordered a taxi one week in advance, the taxi did not arrive, we stood on the street for 20 minutes. Had to give 1 star rating to be able to publish but it’s a no star rating from us!
Got on the wrong train from Lincoln. Got off at the first stop and called for taxi to take me to my final destination as trains would have now taken 2 hours longer. Arrived within 10 minutes of the call. It was a comfortable and chatty ride to my front door.
Booked this taxi firm in advance for 23:30 as we were at a wedding do. They never showed up and we were stranded until 1am. We had to resort to waking up a family member who lives out of town to take us home. Absolutely awful experience!
