Lawrence Copeland are the most incompetent, unprofessional agent I've ever dealt with, who think that a pubic hair, blood stained, faeces and mould infested flat is perfectly acceptable condition to give someone to live in. Unbelievably, photos of the mould, pubic hair and faecal stains had been photographed and included on the inventory! When questioned the 'manager' Steven had no explanation for this. The attitude throughout has been rude, indifferent and unapologetic.

He then lied and agreed on a full refund of my money, then changed his mind shortly afterwards claiming we couldn't have it as they'd already spent it. Lawrence Copeland himself spat his dummy out and stormed out of his own office when we attempted to discuss the matter with him - unbelievable.

They are an absolute shambles and as I've discovered, NOT registered with the Property Ombudsman so you have no protection whatsoever using them. Avoid!

Personally Jessica I think they are an outstanding company.
