KBK Electrical in Dunscroft, Doncaster

I have been a customer of this Company for many years now. I have purchased washing machines and fridges and freezers from them for my properties. I have always had good service and if I did have a problem it was sorted very quickly. They even came out to fix a washing machine which my son had broken by overloading and fixed that problem very quickly, with very reasonable costs as it was out of guarantee, but it was my sons fault, no quibble. Bought washing machine from this company which didn't work very well at all (was shaking while spinning and we couldn't open the door), then after 2 loads it broke down properly. 3 days later (and we have 1 young child) technician came and found a piece of chicken in the pump which wasn't ours. Before that on the phone with company owner we discussed that he would take the washer back and give me full refund. Never showed up and the woman on the phone said that they are not going to give us money back as that piece of chicken broke it down. Door and drum... Well subject to court now. Be aware!
