What a let down this company is and avoid purchasing any car from them. After travelling 104 miles to view and test the intended car, supposedly checked over prior to my arrival, on the test drive the brakes failed and evasive action had to be taken to avoid running into the back of another car. The front wheels were well out of balance causing a very serious vibration and wobble on the steering wheel. Mr. Brennan promised that if we leave the car everything will be put right before purchase. Set off back home facing another 100 miles journey agreeing to return the following week to purchase the car. A phone call was made to Mr. Brennan asking would the car definitely be sorted and rectified for me, and his answer was that the brake problem had been rectified, rusted and sticking sliders had caused the brakes not to work properly. I also mentioned the steering wobble and that will also be sorted when you arrive next Wednesday he promised with a 100 per cent guarantee. Guess what, yes you're right, after notching up another 104 miles, the vehicle had not been sorted by the time we arrived. We were asked to wait for a couple of hours so that they could balance the wheels, what have they been doing since last week, absolutely nothing. Broken promises, over 400 miles of travelling, stay clear of this company.
