ZERO STARS, FRAUD. Could not praise the service enough when I asked him to get my university essay off of the 'broken' laptop for a fee of £20, then he offered to fix the laptop for he knew exactly what was wrong with it. 3 weeks later I was handed back the laptop and told it was unfixable. It wasn't until I took my reportedly "unfixable laptop" to get a second opinion. That is where I found the man in this shop has stolen all valuable hardware from inside my laptop, leaving it completely unfixable, whilst having the audacity to charge me for parts he ordered in his failed attempt to fix it. Myself being a naïve student with no technology knowledge fell for his charisma, paying the charge and believing, as he claimed, he had done everything he could to fix it. Absolutely disgusted someone would stoop that low. Police informed, don't fall for it.
