I agree with the first post. I was there recently, and if it's been refurnished, they must have bought their furnishings from landfill. The place needs a thorough clean.
The Highcliffe Club has been fully refurnished and is warm, comfortable and welcoming and received lots of positive feedback.
I would rate less than one star if possible. This place is filthy.
