Greenwell Bakery in Rothbury, Morpeth

Customer Service = 0 - For such a small village local shop you would imagine that a business like this would be polite and friendly to its customers. Unfortunately, this is not the case. In our experience over the last few years this bakery has gone downhill is a drastic way. We feel sorry for the baker and owner because the bread and cakes are of a high quality. However, you leave the shop feeling like you have been slapped in the face, like a piece of dirt and not deserving of entry. The service is absolutely shocking. The three service ladies on today were by far the rudest and most miserable service people we have ever come across. We have let this go before on many occasions because everyone has a bad day. However, this has happened every time we have dared enter the shop over the last few years. Beware!
