Lucky House in Kings Heath, Birmingham

I have used this take away for some time and have never had any problems, however tonight I ordered my food speedy delivery as always... But my spare ribs where made up of pure fat... After calling back and the custom of most of my family, they refused to replace or refund... Saying that "her husband had no problems with the ribs" and "sometimes you get good ribs and sometimes bad ribs". That's not what I pay for... good ribs one day... Save a few pounds and go to the chip shop next door. Very disappointed.
