What a pleasure it was to have such a caring firm to move us from Worksop to Morpeth in February 2018. A true family firm who made every effort to ensure that what is a stressful experience is as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they genuinely did all they could to help and take care of everything. Everything they said they would do was done and they desrve to be successful as they do the job properly and with the customer's care and wishes always uppermost. I have had national removers in the past and Hancocks make them look like complete amatuers! If I ever need removals again I will look no further and I strongly recommend you do the same without hesitation!

We employed Hancock's to move a full house of furniture from Worksop to Kent on 26 August 2017. From the outset, they proved to be very professional in their highly customer-oriented attitude. They were the first removals company to respond to my enquiry and gave me a very competitive quote after visiting our premises. The entire experience with Hancock's was pleasant. Nothing was too much for them; they even left our bed, TV and sofa until the following morning to ensure we were comfortable during our last night. After a five hour drive they were waiting for us outside our new home and positioned all of our furniture in the appropriate places and refused to allow us to help them lift anything.
We have kept Hancock's number should we decide to return to the north. They are very good and deserve to be kept busy.
