Image Dry Cleaners in Dorking

Advised that items would be ready to pick up on a certain day. Paid for parking and then only one item was ready. The one item that was ready (silk tie) came back stating that the food stain could not be cleaned. Useless - can't wear a tie with a stain! Very poor. Could not offer any form of refund as I'd already paid in full so offered discount on future cleaning - am I likely to use that?!
