Allans Furniture Warehouse in Glasgow

I similarly bought karndean flooring and other furniture but unfortunately I required alteration to a door standard which required the flooring to altered. The floor fitter took months to fit the flooring but i have phoned numerous occasions to request that someone comes to take out floor tile and add new one but no one has came or bothered to returned my phone call. I am not writing a complaint letter and hopefully i should receive a response.

I bought a Sofabed from Allan's Furniture and was told to expect delivery within 10 days. After 2 weeks passed and no correspondence or phone call from them to advise of a delay, I rang them and was assured I would receive delivery the following week due to a delay from the transport company. This went on for 3 weeks consecutively whereby I would have to call to chase the whereabouts of my furniture and I would be told you will receive it 100% next week! No-one once ever bothered to call and apologise about there being a delay, each time they failed on the promised delivery date - it was up to me to call up and chase. After calling 5 times I had had enough and requested a refund! I wasn't offered any sort of apology and in fact when I asked to speak to a manager to make a formal complaint, the manager himself said to me "what do you want me to do about it?!" I have never come across such an unprofessional company as this one!
I would not advise anyone to deal with such rude and incompetent people. I would give them minus stars if I could! Customer Services is absolutely non existent!
