Peak Outdoors Ltd in Mansfield Woodhouse, Mansfield

I was looking for a caravan awning and came across Peak Outdoors recommended from a fellow caravanner. Was given lots of advice and help deciding on the right one and even got a discount to boot, good customer service, good prices, will definitely be back.

I purchased an item from Peak Outdoors which was supposed to be new. After a long delay they sent out a second-hand item and would not put the problem right.

I have had to resort to making a Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act to get my money back. Peak Outdoors have broken the law in terms of both the Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations.

This is the worst customer service I have experience in a very long while.
