Cottage Kitchens in Timperley, Altrincham
Cottage Kitchens
Initially we were pleased with our kitchen, and the design and fitting service provided. We decided it had been worth the money to pay for a quality kitchen after having had an IKEA kitchen for years. However, we were really disappointed when the veneer started to peel off one panel, and in fact the kitchen seems not to be as good quality as the IKEA one we replaced, whose veneer had stayed intact. Cottage Kitchens offered free labour to replace a peeling panel but asked us to pay for the expensive replacement panel - which was blamed on water getting in, although it was not in a part of the kitchen where there had ever been a water spillage. This feels very unsatisfactory and disappointing. So overall, I wouldn't go back to Cottage kitchens next time we need a new kitchen.
