Purchased car last year rang and told them didn't Have a rear window winder, said would try get one and ring back. After not receiving a phone call I rang on a couple of occasions however, said the person dealing with it was not available and would ring back. I have given up and will purchase one myself. Poor customer service and very unhelpful.
