Louth Glass Centre in Louth

I ordered glass from this company and am very unhappy with the service. The glass was ordered for a renovation which needed building regs. They sold me glass that is of poor quality. It had to be taken out and replaced. I am more horrified at the after sales. There customer service is very poor. They wouldn't except any responsibility and the worst thing is I payed cash on delivery and Louth glass claim they have no record of the order. Thankfully the driver signed a business card to prove it. It's opened my eyes on how some companies run.
