AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely shocking firm. After 7 months the house purchase I was trying to complete fell through. When I told this firm that the vendor was pulling out and putting the house back on the market because were not willing to wait any longer, they just laughed at me saying he won’t do that, well he did and now I am left homeless. If you ever ring or email them for updates, they tell you not to as they can’t work if I do. If you tell them you are not happy about anything they shout at you and belittle you then tell you to go elsewhere. They make you feel like everything is your fault even though you have done everything that they have asked. They won’t explain anything to you. My daughter emailed them to ask politely what the hold up was and they told me that they were very angry about that. GDPR. Well that’s another story. They don’t return your calls. This firm has ruined my life. Please stay away from this firm. Other similar reviews online. DO RESEARCH.
