My wife's Panasonic camera developed a fault. I Googled to find a digital camera repairer in Leicester and submitted details on-line to a supposedly local company. However, I discovered that the repairer was actually based in Kent. They issued a quotation, without having even seen the camera and advised me to send it to their workshops by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Fortunately, I was able to deliver the camera to a local business, Jayson Electronics. Raj, the proprietor quickly diagnosed the fault and completed the repair within 36 hours for a realistic charge. Excellent service.
